Artist Statement
This painting came about because I got the urge to paint a beach. Beaches are simply beautiful and amazing to paint. While I have been to the beach only once in my life, I love to different colors of blue as the ocean blends with the sky. These colors intrigue me and make me want to capture them on my canvas. The wind and fresh air are my favorite parts of the beach and that is why this painting is named "Beach Breeze." I hope you enjoy looking at this painting.
